The factory was established in 2003. Specialize in the manufacture and export of bamboo infant garments. Our factory covers an area of 8,000 square meters. Our factory delivers more than 200k pieces of bamboo baby clothes every month. We have 80 more than 20 years of experienced workers in baby clothes along with 100 high-tech machines specialized in infant clothing. Our yearly turnover is more than 20millions of dollars of bamboo kid clothing. Our main clients are some famous bamboo brands in the US, Australia, and Europe. Our reorder rate is much higher than our competitors in a bamboo clothesline. Recently we are applying ISO9001 and SEDEX certificates now to promote our factory to a higher level.
Implementing Strict Quality Control
Our technicians have worked in this field for more than 20 years. We developed color removal printing on the bamboo fabric. Our pill rate is as high as grade 3.5. We develop anti-slip skills by adding silicon dots under the sole and waistband. Tanboocell yarn and cerora spandex make sure 4-direction stretchy and relaxation to the previous shape easily. Dying and printing use no harmful material and wastewater is processed before discharge. Fabric mills do QC before delivering fabric. We test all the fabrics monthly. If there are any quality problems, we will take responsibility and refund any inferior pcs.
100 Colors of Stock are Available
We have more than 100 stock bamboo colors available to meet with clients' small quantity requirements and the colors list will be updated every two months to make sure our colors are the most popular. This stock can make sure can meet the fast delivery and small order quantity. The MOQ is 300 pieces per color, 100 pieces per style, and 20 pieces per size.

YKK Cooper Snaps is not easy to break to avoid being swallowed by an infant. YKK zipper runs smoothly and will not hurt the baby's skin. Pure Natural Shell buttons will avoid any harmful material inside. The thick elastic band can last long and have good elasticity. Magic tape is softening to avoid any shape point. Fabric lining can stay longer and provide a strong base for snap than paper lining.
